About Big Bud

Developed by Sensi Seeds in the 1980s as an extreme-yield variety from Afghani, Skunk #1, and Northern Lights genetics. As the name implies, Big Bud produces enormous calyxes and some of the largest individual buds of any indica. Moderate potency by modern standards, but its prolific resin yield and bud mass made it a valuable commercial production strain and a key parent in Granddaddy Purple.
