Created by Green House Seeds by crossing Northern Lights, Haze, and Skunk #1, Super Silver Haze won three consecutive High Times Cannabis Cups (1997–1999). It preserved Haze's cerebral, energetic qualities while shortening the flowering time and adding yield through its indica-hybrid parentage. SSH became the sativa parent in Blue Dream and remains a benchmark for uplifting, creative, functional sativa effects.
